Kristen brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing and global operations. As Vice President of Human Resources for Standex Electronics, she oversees talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement strategies. Her expertise spans change management, DEI initiatives, and building high-performing teams that align with the company’s culture and goals.

Jai is an operations executive with over 25 years of global experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and operational excellence. As Vice President of Global Operations at Standex Electronics, he directs the company’s worldwide production footprint, guiding Lean transformation, supply chain resilience, and continuous improvement. His leadership emphasizes operational efficiency, customer value creation, and scalable growth.

Chirag brings a strategic blend of marketing, business development, and innovation leadership to his role as Vice President at Standex Electronics. He is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building customer relationships, and guiding corporate strategy across global markets. His experience spans technology commercialization, product management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mark leads incubation services at Standex Electronics, developing next-generation technologies through agile collaboration and innovation. With nearly 30 years at Standex in engineering and leadership, he has focused on moving custom engineered solutions into production, solving customer problems, and building partnerships that strengthen the company’s technology leadership and growth.

Ralf brings decades of engineering, commercial, and global leadership experience to his role as President of Standex Detect. He oversees strategy, operations, and growth across the switching and sensing portfolio, leveraging his deep technical background and international expertise to drive innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions for critical applications worldwide.

Doug leads Standex Edge as President, bringing a strong background in finance, operations, and strategic growth. With decades of experience across the electronics and industrial manufacturing sectors, he drives the company’s magnetics business with a focus on operational excellence, customer success, and innovation in high-reliability magnetic components and assemblies.

Chirag leads Standex Grid with a strategic focus on global utility markets and next-generation transformer technologies. As the founding leader of Narayan Powertech — now part of Standex Electronics — he brings deep expertise in energy infrastructure, power systems, and advanced manufacturing. His leadership supports the company’s mission to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the electrical grid worldwide.

Bhargav is the Founder and President of Amran, LLC., and a key leader behind the growth of Standex Grid. With decades of global leadership in instrument transformer design and manufacturing, he helped establish Narayan Powertech and Amran Instrument Transformers as trusted providers across 40+ countries. His expertise spans entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and driving innovation in low, medium & high-voltage Instrument Transformer solutions.

Katie serves as Senior Director of IT for Standex Electronics, overseeing global IT applications and operations. She leads digital transformation through enterprise platforms, automation, and modernization while ensuring security and compliance. Katie partners with business leaders to align technology strategy with priorities. Her background spans IT applications, cloud program management, and ERP systems, delivering solutions that support operational excellence.

Esther is General Counsel for Standex Electronics, bringing nearly a decade of in-house experience with Standex. She advises leaders on contracts, compliance, employment matters, and risk management while overseeing outside counsel on litigation. Esther has played a key role in guiding cross-functional teams through complex legal and compliance issues, translating them into practical business solutions that advance the company’s growth and long-term success.
