In December, Northlake took on a service project for an organization that provides beds for children who are without. The organization is called Sleep In Heavenly Peace. There was a group of about 10 employees who spent a Saturday morning and afternoon picking up beds from the organizations storage facility, then delivering and assembling the beds for the children. There was a total of 18 beds delivered and assembled that day. It was a fun project and was wonderful to see the smiles on each child’s face when their new bed was complete with the bedding.
Northlake was also involved with a local Holiday House, which provides less fortunate children with gifts during the holidays. It was such a great turnout! All 40 children who we received tree tags for were able to receive gifts thanks to the generosity of Northlake Employees.
