当社の本質的安全またはATEX認可リードリレーおよびオプトカプラは、短絡や隣接部品の故障の際に発火点にならないように試験されています。過負荷状態にさらされたときにも、定められた状態に切り替わるようになっています。当社のオプトカプラシリーズは、鉱業、化学処理プラント、製油所、発電所、および高塵発生プラントといったタイプの環境に最適です。これらの製品のアプリケーション分野は、潜在的に可燃性雰囲気がある場所です。これらの部品の規格はEN500200に示されています。必要な空間距離、沿面距離、および耐電圧は、以下のように詳細に定義されています。電圧仕様については、認可された世界標準を満たすために375Vのピーク電圧を超えてはいけません。入力電圧と出力電圧の合計は、375Vのピーク電圧を超えてはいけません。コイル入力の電圧は最大24Vであり、接点は230VRMSまたは325Vのピーク電圧出力を生成します。入力+出力=24+325=349Vのピーク電圧です。ここで、入力電圧と出力電圧に対する安全マージンは、375Vのピーク電圧制限を満たしています。この電圧の絶縁のための空間距離は6mmであり、沿面距離は10mmです。埋め込み用樹脂による部品内部の絶縁は2mmです。もう1つの重要な値は、プラスチックの比較トラッキング指数(CTI)値です。この場合、値は175より大きくなければなりません。入力と出力の間の耐電圧は、1500VRMSまたは公称電圧の2倍の+1000で試験されます。

MRX Reed Relay

The MRX Series is an ATEX approved reed relay according to KIWA 19ATEX0051 U and IECEx KIWA 19.0026U and is used for the galvanic separation of intrinsic safety and non-intrinsic safety circuits in hazardous locations. The MRX ATEX & IECEx approved reed relays are suitable for circuits of the protection method “ia” (intrinsic safety) up to the Zone 0 in the gas and vaporous atmosphere. It is designed for the temperature range -40°C to +85°C and for the peak voltage up to 375 VDC and 50 Watt. Switching configuration is 1 – 4 Form A or 2 Form C switches.
