MRE Series Reed Relay

Description

The MRE Reed Relay is a special series focused on High Voltage, High Current and High Insulation Resistance. This relay is capable of switching up to 1 kVDC, and, considering its compact size, it provides an extra high breakdown voltage of 7 kVDC (HV version) across the open contacts, or high carry current of 5 Amps (HC version).

This compact Dual-channel Dry-switch design uses two contacts in series or connected in parallel. Also, it features an integrated Magnetic Shield and high creepage distance pinout. As a result, you can expect High Insulation Resistance of 10 TOhm across open contacts as well as between coil and contacts, and thus a very Low Leakage Current in the picoamperes range.

Lastly, from reliable switching to long lifetime and Low Contact Resistance (ON-Resistance), the MRE relay series is ideally suited for ARC testers, precise testers, automated test equipment and medical equipment.
