While the “new normal” impacts the way the world does business, Standex Electronics is proud to uphold our dedication to serving customers across the globe from our facilities in the US, Mexico, Germany, UK, China, India, and Japan.
We have been fortunate to have only minor interruptions to our operation during the COVID-19 outbreak, and we wanted our customers to know that we are working toward more than just maintaining our footprint. In fact, we are growing in order to provide a wider range of services and more complete coverage along the supply chain.
The most recent addition to Standex Electronics is Renco Electronics, a custom and standard magnetics manufacturer from Florida. This acquisition, closed in mid-July, enhances the scale of our magnetics capabilities, specifically our ability to quickly design and produce custom solutions.
We have also expanded our Reed Sensor lineup with a 6.44mm package, the MK31 Series. These small, high quality components address the need for diminutive sensors in portable electronics devices, handhelds and even wearables. As with all Standex surface mount Reed Sensors, they utilize a unique hermetic seal and no wearing parts to offer life in the millions of operations.
For more than 50 years, Standex Electronics has been committed to employees, customers, investors, and communities, and even in the “new normal,” we will continue to deliver for our stakeholders and find ways to improve our offerings.
