New Gornje Vratno Facility Strengthens Standex Grid’s European Manufacturing Capacity
Standex Grid has expanded its European manufacturing footprint with the opening of a new facility in Gornje Vratno, Croatia, in May 2026. The facility strengthens the company’s ability to serve customers across Europe while expanding its manufacturing capabilities for advanced electrical measurement and sensing solutions.
The new facility manufactures low- and medium-voltage instrument transformer solutions for utilities, OEMs, renewable energy systems, data centres, smart grid applications, and other critical energy infrastructure markets.
Located in Croatia, the facility provides Standex Grid with greater proximity to European customers and supports faster, more responsive service. It also adds manufacturing capacity to support the growing demand for reliable electrical infrastructure as Europe continues to invest in grid modernization and electrification.
